We order from McCarthy Garden very very often for a few years already. Their food is always fresh and delicious at low prices. Overall they are probably the best place to get Chinese food in PA, the buffet is almost always hot and fresh, although there are some down days, lots of options and love the new(ish) dessert area, highly recommend the apple wontons.
