As a humanitarian, Dr. Chan was stationed in Xela, Guatemala where he performed oral surgery and fillings to the underprivileged. Dr. Chan is also an accomplished pianist and artist. Some of his art work has been displayed in many exhibitions including the Artist Exhibition in Kyoto, Japan. Besides music and art, his other passion is reading Dental Journals to futher advance his dental knowledge.

Keyboard Academy of Music has provided professional music instruction in the Calgary area since 1979. Our North and South locations offer private lessons in Piano (Popular and Classical), Keyboard, Organ and Accordion from beginner to advanced for children 5 and up through adults. Royal Conservatory and Conservatory Canada exam preparation from qualified teachers also available. We also offer a "Beginners Trial Program" which includes the loan of an instrument, lessons and music. It provides an inexpensive way of determining the students interest and aptitude for music.
