I went in on a whim looking for winter tires. Anne at the front (and Brian) spent a lot of time explaining the options available for some rims I had at home as well as the ones on the car. in order to try and save me some fees. They were happy to help, even though I made it known I just wanted a quote. Definitely worth going back for actual maintenance, excellent customer service.

Highly experienced BMW mechanics. Very reliable and honest and you dont feel like your being given the run around. Answered all my questions with detailed answers and a smile. They even fixed small things that they did not have to at no charge. Customer shuttle service available. Amazing rates and much cheaper then dealership for the same service if not better. Fantastic service and trustworthy. I've been going to Perce's for a few years now and I couldn't recommend them any higher. I went there today with a minor steering issue and they worked on it for almost 30 minutes, flushed my power steering fluid and didn't ask for a penny. This is the 2nd time now I've been there for minor issues and had it fixed with no charge. Highly recommended.
