This business and the staff are top notch. I've gone in prematurely a couple times now to get an oil change, and they have sent me home, refusing to take my money until it was absolutely necessary. When I have been there for service, they're friendly, thorough and knowledgeable.. Thanks to manager Ron for today's service, and careful explanation about some additional care for my Bronco. We were on vacation in Victoria when our service engine light came on. Since it is a Mini Cooper we needed a mechanic who knows how to work on European cars. The Mini dealer was booked but Frank’s got us in the next day! He diagnosed the problem and fixed it that day. Excellent service for a very reasonable price. We can now drive home safely. Thanks!
