I think one of the best chinese restaurants in the Kingston area. Food is superb and every time we have gone the service is outstanding. Only down side is we wish it had wine and beer service.

Dr. Mandin has called Kingston home since attending La Salle Secondary School, then Queen's University for a Bachelor of Science with Honours (Life Sciences). He is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. As part of a Military family, Dr. Mandin calls Kingston his permanent home and he can't imagine a better place to work and raise a family.
