His attention to detail was exceptional and he was very patient with me and my questions and with correcting the deficiencies of other trades that made his job more difficult. While we were at the restaurant, the fire alarm went on for about 20 minutes. Needless to say it was not that pleasant.
Out waiter however handled it great. he was very attentive to his clients, apologizing for the inconvenience and the restaurant not only offered us a free desert ( their special deep dish cookie! yum) but 2 coupons for a free desert the next time we visit.
I was really happy to see the restaurant own up to what could have been a disappointing experience.

2nd time I bought an Audi s4 from these guys. I walked in and couldn't have felt anymore comfortable with the staff, car and service offered.
