Due to an issue with my alternator I had to get a tow. I called CAA spoke with Bruce. He advised me that Mccracken would be able to assist within an hour and a half. I called at 4:30 am and by 6:52 am Bill arrived. He was very pleasant, approachable and helpful. I was honestly quite impressed with the beginning to end experience that I received. Thank you Bill.
P.S. Bill is from Campbellford area and if his boss happens to read this.....he definitely deserves a raise.

I had the pleasure of being towed by a wonderful driver of Budget Towing. He picked me up quickly and safely off the 401 during rush hour. He was professional, courteous, in uniform and made the usually unpleasant experience, pleasant. He took care of everything and eased my nerves. I will be using their service again. I was in a serious car accident in Markham Ontario and had no idea what to do. Before any service the man who worked for Instant Towing asked me if I was okay. They helped me out by explaining the process of being in a motor vehicle accident and even delivered a car rental to me. I honestly would not know what to do if it wasnt for this company helping out.
