Last spring was the first time I drove from Vancouver to Kelowna, and forgot to fill up on fuel before getting on the Coquihalla. Of course we ran out of gas on the most treacherous stretch of the hwy without service. We are so extremely grateful to Richard Umpherville from VSA for saving us! Have been meaning to spread the good word about this company for some time. Amazing service, polite, helpful, refused payment. 100% recommend calling these guys in time of need. Thanks again Richard.

wow - what more can you say - Pieter and his crew are awesome. I had a very challenging issue that was hard to diagnose to even find the problem. They stuck with it until it was fixed. We stopped at this climbing gym on our way through town last night. The facility is really nice and the staff was wonderful with me, my wife and our two little girls. Being inexperienced climbers, she gave us an excellent lesson on how to use the equipment and how to be safe etc. Great facility with great people would highly recommend.

Wow, Jays.. What can we say - he was a Godsend! Canada Day long weekend, on our way to my grandpas funeral and our van broke down in Kamloops. Canadian Tire couldn’t help, but they gave us Jays number. It seemed like the chances were slim that it would get fixed in time. But Jay was determined and got us on the road in time!! I have been going to La Jolie since they were at the St Paul St location. The office setting is extremely professional. Jacquie is a perfectionist. She is not happy until your procedure is perfect. All costs associated with your procedure are fully and clearly explained up front. All after care procedures are clearly explained before you leave the office. I go back every year or two as I am fair skinned and use a lighter coloured ink, therefore it fades a bit quicker than the darker shades

I got a full service as well as an engine light checked and everything was done in a timely order, and professional manner. My vehicle was kept in excellent condition during and after the servicing.
