Been coming here for years. I dont know who wrote that last review but they must have a screw loose. What would you expect if you tried to get a table for 7 people on a saturday nite without a reservation when the place is lined up. We had a great time, the food was good and the service was adequate considering how busy the place was. The lineup indicated they are doing something right. Not too many restaurants are around as long as they have been.

Ordered the $98 Lobster Sashimi for 2 set menu. Good portion, lobster served 2 ways, follow with Salad Bar, Soup and 2 Steaks.
Service was great, no rushing you thru the courses, clears the table after each course. must be patient, waited 10-15mins for the sashimi, but you can head on to the salad bar to start up with some fruits and lettuce. Good variety of Vegs @ the salad bar.
Finished off with their version of a funnel cake, topped off w ice cream.

This is 1 of the best places I've ever eatin lunch at! You will be shocked with this food! One of the best poutines I've ever came across!!! Great fries fresh cut top quality. The proper cheese curds and 1 of the best graveys you will ever taste homemade! My friend was licking his plate after! Couldn't get enough gravey. Awsome chicken wings to finely breaded with good sauces. I actually had a really good burger 2 from there nice an big very juicy on a fresh poruguese roll. Stay away from the draft beer lol its a little inconsistant.. Great pub good service I never had a bad meal here. Yall love it

Hey, so its your standard greasy spoon. Quick service with a open kitchen so you can see whats going on. I work about two blocks away so I eat there probably 2 times weekly on average. I have never been let down. 5.95 for a lunch special that is more than I can eat, although Im sure that some ppl would have little problem ingesting the mountain of food. Reasonable price, good food nice selection.

I love Charlie's Steakery! The food is so good! We ordered our sandwiches and was waiting for them. The man behind the counter forgot about our french fries. He was very apolegetic and kind. He said after we get our sandwiches, to sit down and he would bring our french fries to us. We received our sandwiches, which were delicious, and we sat down. After a few minutes, the man gave us our french fries, and a free glass of lemonade. He said the lemonade was for forgetting the french fries. Such a nice guy! The food can't be topped, and I will definitely return again. This is the best fast-food place I have ever been to. The service was excellent!
