AKAI HAIR DESIGN is a small boutique salon . Hana Akai is trained from London Academy graduated in 1996. She has own Akai hair design in Victoria B.C. since June 2004 . Hana has trained under Arrojo studies in New York for 8 years, also trained in Japan ,Cuba , L.A and under numerous award winning barbers. Now Hana also is working with Redken as a Redken Artist. Still in the salon Tuesday to Saturday , when not travelling.

Today, Elizabeth and her extraordinary team of Aveda trained stylists continue to encourage and remind us to base our purchasing decisions on a product's footprint, which is the journey it takes from the soil to the bottle, that the manufacturing process create positive social partnerships with communities who source the ingredients, and finally, that there can be a commitment to product research and development which grows above and beyond our environmental imagination.
