Friendly staff that always greets you with smiles. Anna is amazing. Her free hand designs always get me compliments and asked where I get my nails done. My mom and I have never had a bad experience here. We're always offered water and green tea. My mom doesn't have the best mobility and the staff is always willing to help her.

My father is a resident who was flourished in the home environment at the lodge . The caring and compassionate staff who always go the extra mile to make him feel like he belongs . The food is far superior to many of the other homes out there.

We live near Old Ottawa South - so taking our cat here is easy. Since covid, we visit via the parking lot i.e. only our cat goes in! Today, we were served by Dr. William MacDonald and I was impressed. He was easy to talk to, answered all our questions and offered to refer us if need be. Dr. MacDonald even came to talk to us in the parking lot. I have dealt with many vets over the years in Ottawa. None of them have been as approachable as Dr. MacDonald!
