I visited this pawn shop last week with a piece of jewelry that I wanted to sell . THe owner immediately told me that it was a beautiful piece and commented on how unique it was. I was pleasantly surprised by what he offered to buy it for as it was more than what I had expected. Very friendly, knowledgeable and fair. The Griffin Pub is a great place to eat, my hubby and I have been going quite regularly for lunch and occasionally for Prime rib on Friday nights. The Prime rib is to die for and the Yorkshire pudding is HUGE! You'd better come hungry. The staff is fun and friendly and we are always treated like we are part of the family. We've even been known to use the shuttle service when necessary. It's nice to know that is available.
