I had the worst and greatest day yesterday.
It started terribly when trying to upgrade my Iphone with Virgin Mobile, not only was I sent to three different Kiosks but they didn't have anything i stock. When I asked for options they simply said I would have to wait and place an order. Well a friend of mine suggested this apple store and never have I had such a great customer experience. If you're upgrading go see Apple directly. They ROCK!

Great service by Samsung. I had my screen replaced at no extra cost which was under my warranty. It took 3 weeks to order the parts but the phone was repaired within 2 hours. Great accommodation and service. Thank You!
