Very knowledgeable when it came to all the little features in the car and made sure to walk me through every step.

We wanted to switch off from Kia not because of the brand, which we loved, but because of the mediocre customer service. Brought my 2010 in for recall service with low expectations. It took a few days longer than I liked but my expectations were exceeded. They did 2 recalls, one for airbag {takata) and the other the ABS brake flush. They never tried to upsell me and did a good job on my car. I wish they would call to update more, but it is easy enough to call them, they don't hesitate to answer calls. In the end I am very happy.
