Dentooms is my FAVORITE place to go for everything Green! First off, the business is locally owned which makes it a great shopping experience with owners that are there, care and know their products. They have a HUGE selection of flowers, seeds, trees, shrubs and greenery galore. They also have a pretty amazing selection of household and garden decor which are higher end products to what you would find at Winners, Bath and Beyond etc and at reasonable prices. Love this place! Highly recommend!

Starting back in the 1970's when my father use to load up all his kids and some friends in a pick up truck that were willing to work for little pay then drive into the country side and hand dig with a shovel healthy spruce, pine and birch trees from the wild. Most of those trees are now 50ft tall in and around the Calgary area. The best part was seeing how happy people were with the finished product and later seeing the wild trees turn into feature trees in front yards.
