Mon conjoint, ancien chef, a pour la première fois en 15 ans fait appel aux services d'un traiteur pour le repas de la St-Valentin.
Ce fut une vraie surprise et un régal sans nom. Etant tous deux excellents cuisiniers, la barre était très haute. Mais Dominique lors d'un événement tournant autour du canard et du foie gras, nous avait aussi ébloui. Saveurs délicates, verrines surprenantes, bref repas copieux et succulent. Je recommande fortement. Sa boutique en plus est super cute, très agréable. Je sais qu'il fait aussi traiteur à domicile....
