We love light, and natural light is the best way to portray emotion. Although we do have studio equipment, we prefer soft window light, later or early day sun or a cloudy sky for outside sessions. Manipulating light is what makes a photographer a professional, as well as good communication, a relaxed atmosphere and a friendly manner.
?We offer suggestions of what to wear to a session and how to pose. We know how to relax you, how to make you smile and laugh and to have a good time. That is what we do for you. Your session will run smoothly and you will have fun. We connect well with children, having had children of our own and understand how children can be when having their photos taken!
Best of all, we like to have fun. And we want you to have fun too!

MacCoubrey Funeral Home has been working hand in hand with Cobourg Union Cemetery to develop a green option for the environmentally concerned members of the public. The green package offered by the funeral home includes environmental stationery, environmental embalming, environmental caskets and reduced vehicle usage. In conjunction with this the cemetery is opening a green section for environmental burials, those being immediate burials or environmentally embalmed burials using environmental containers or caskets. No standard embalmings or cremations will be allowed in this section of the cemetery. This portion of the cemetery will be left in a natural setting with limited grounds keeping. Central field stone markers are planned to be used rather than individual markers. Tree planting and natural vegetation will be encouraged.
