My approach is to work with the clients to help them design their dream home. People typically have ideas for a floor plan design and exterior look, and I just help them bring their dreams to reality. Understanding clients’ needs and wants is an important part of the design process. With over 20 yrs in Residential home designs I have gained knowledge and experience that will be helpful in your design process: I offer options and suggestions to make your design incredible! The design process starts with meeting clients on site to review the property view lines and challenges if there are any. Generally, clients have a preliminary floor plan sketch or a plan they printed off the internet. In my experience everyone has their own ideas for a floor plan layout, and I work with them at this starting point. From this point, I take their ideas, needs, and wants and start with the design process.
