I've had Mr. Jolie repair three things for me - a stopwatch, a pocket watch and a wristwatch. The cost of the repairs was extremely reasonable and way less than taking it to a jeweller. Rachel and her team offered the most outstanding customer service today. Not only did they take their time to make sure the sizing was going to be the best solution for me for my own ring, when she heard the second ring I was sizing was for my daughter's birthday, she put a rush on the job so that I would have the ring in time for her birthday!!
