Every time I see Gus at Queenston Tire and Rim on Centennial I am favorably impressed by his attention to detail, his professionalism and his willingness to help people out when they are in need. Many tire businesses treat customers as a necessary evil. I always feel that Gus treats me as a person and tries to provide the help that is required.
