Roy showed up, and on time to quote our eavestrough replacement (which put him well ahead of the three others I called, two of whom didn't even show up and one who arrived 90 minutes later than we'd arranged). He was thorough and professional, did the job when he said he would at a price that was reasonable and fair, and cleaned up the site beautifully.
