I bought a 2007 Toyota Sienna from Ishmael and had a great experience. He was a pleasure to work with all the way through and 10 months into ownership I am totally satisfied with this vehicle. I noticed that the motor oil in a car I purchased recently, though clean, had been overfilled. That can be bad for an engine, so I decided to get the oil changed right away and minimize the chances of any damage occurring. I was pleasantly surprised when the technicians informed me that the oil really didn't need changing (which I knew) and then offered to just drain a little - free of charge - so that the level could get to within its proper range. Great service!
