Big Shout out to Cody and Paul who did a fantastic job of excavating an area of our property that was devastated by last Decembers storm. Dale is very knowledgeable about boats, and that includes being qualified to inspect the engines. Most surveyors won't even look at the mechanical aspects, which is ridiculous.
