We are first and foremost a display and hybridizing garden, with our hybridizing efforts taking a lot of our time (next to weeding of course!). We have been honored over the years with several awards, starting with the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board’s award for Best Large Garden in the early 90s. We became the first national display garden recognized for daylilies in Canada by the American Hemerocallis Society, started the first Canadian daylily club in 1991 and I became the first certified Canadian judge for daylilies by the AHS.
