I found her at a wedding show and she was amazing ! One taste of her red velvet (which I definitely recommend) and I was sold ! She may be fairly to the business, but her designs and the taste and texture of her cakes are very well done. The price is amazing for the Gatineau area as well. I don’t think we could have found better !

Patisserie L'Étoile opened in December 2010, and is owned and run by pastry chefs Sami Gerges and Shannon Lozinski.
