SMALLWOOD ACRES IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST FAMILY CAMPING AROUND. WE HAVE BEEN COMING THERE FOR 10 YEARS AND HAVE FELT MORE THEN WELCOME FROM THE VERY START! THE OWNERS AND THEIR FAMILY ARE SO KIND AND HELPFUL.
THE BEST PART IS THAT SO MANY OF THE CAMPERS ARE FROM THE MARITIMES, (CAPE BRETON, NEWFOUND LAND, PEI, ect.) WHEN I FIRST DROVE INTO THE PARK AND SEEN ALL THE EAST COAST FLAGS FLYING, I KNEW THAT I WAS HOME!!

Our club is a place we all take pride in, we have a spectacular location featuring fields, the Grand River and wooded areas. We strive to bring everyone together and create a community within the club. We look forward to having new people join what we think is the best club in the area. As a camper, archer or shooter we are excited to get people active in any of our activities. The club facilities are controlled via a security card accessed gate. This ensures only members of the club have access to the facilities and we can feel secure. Our facilities and grounds are not available for rent to the general public for the same reason.

Lynn and Pat Wilbur opened Paradise Valley Campground in 2001. The first few years were a very large learning curve: camping was no longer just an activity for families looking for a quick get-away from BC's lower mainland, but also for adventurers, and young people alike.
