I've been going to Yangtze for years. It's definitely the best Chinese food you're going to have.
Their "midnight snack" menu is excellent, but I usually end up ordering dim sum a la carte due to how much I like it.

If you only have a one hour lunch then this is definitely NOT the place for you to eat at that time.
We arrived and it was busy. The place seems cramped but it appearred to be clean. We had reserved a table for noon and waited a while to get seated. When the waitress finally made it to our table we ordered drinks and our food at the same time. It took a long time just to get our drinks and a very long time for our food. It ended up being an hour and a half lunch. Most other restaurants in the area offer a quick lunch so people can get back to work in a timely fashion. This is where The Wood falls drastically short.
The food was good, this I will not dispute. By burger was juicy and cooked perfectly and the salad with balsamic dressing was fresh and nice also. Unfortunately the speed of service will have to keep me away from this restaurant.

I find the staff very accommodating and polite. I see the doctor due to an eye problem and they make sure my prescription and appointments are at appropriate timings. I have recommended them as I was recommended to them many years ago.

I went to Capital Home Medical Equipment for my CPAP therapy. They are excellent and would recommend for anyone in the Kanata and Ottawa area. The staff were very helpful and got me the best CPAP machine, equipment, and accessories in the market completely covered.

My fave Bridal Shop in Ottawa area. First time here was for my wedding, when Linda welcomed me on as a walk-in & dressed my wedding party. Since then gone back for 3 other weddings & once to buy a dress off the sale rack. Great deals on discontinued sample dresses! I recently even ordered a flattering style from her catalogue with her help & knowledge of styles & body types. I've sent several friends to her shop, all 100% pleased.
