I just wanted to let you know that I was at the Whiteoaks kiosk and and was helped by Doug the assistant manager and Mohahmed. Those 2 were great. They made a crappy situation into a great experience. My sons phone was broken and still had a pretty big tab left. They worked some magic and got koodo to wipe out one of my other tabs and got me all set up. I liked how they helped so I upgraded my own phone at the same time. The service was awesome and they made me laugh.They won my buisness forever

I brought my daughters phone there to get fixed, they couldn’t completely fix it but they got it working so she could at least make and receive calls. When I went to pay them they wouldn’t take any money because they didn’t fix it the way I wanted it to be fixed. I will definitely go there again if I need any fixes for my family’s phones!!

Excellent customer service. Went in with questions about my iPhone and phone bill, representative was able to answer all my questions and explained in details. Definately would refer someone to go in and ask for help.
