From the first phone call to completion of my dentures the care I received was excellent. Both the receptionist Debbie & Dr Klay Quilley provided friendly, courteous and very competent care. They went out of their way (or maybe that is just their normal customer service) to ensure I received the best care possible. My experience at Bower Eye Care has always been very professional and positive. The doctors are always on time with their appointments, they always keep a couple appointment times open for walk-ins (which is awesome if you need to get your eyes checked right away), and the doctor I saw was very informative and polite. I've been coming here for years and I've always left satisfied. I don't wear contacts, but my daughter has them and the staff are always patient and willing to make the extra effort in order to ensure you like the brand you're wearing. I recommend Bower Eye Care to anyone and everyone that needs to see an optometrist.
