It isn't easy, finding someone you can do the hard stuff and trust that they Show You The Way. I've been in and out of therapy since my teens. Some I fired. Some I gave blind faith. Some were probably good but I know too much and gave them a good fight. Some the timing was off or their goals didn't work with mine. I've been blessed with two who GOT me, got it. After a car accident led to a lot of tightness in my neck and shoulders, I went to see RMT Natiely. She loosened up all of the knots and even helped relieve the tightness in my hips as well. I often have difficulty finding an RMT that will use the right amount of pressure for me, but she got it exactly right. Would highly recommend her!
