I had the pleasure today of talking with Christine in the pilates studio. I was in for physiotherapy treatment and happened to overhear another client talking about doing pilates there. I was directed to the upstairs studio and was impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the studio. I got a tour, and had the machines and rooms explained to me right then and there. I always get first class customer service at the location. The sales department staff are willing to help and their printing service is excellent for a small business owner like me. The salesperson Toufik was over the top helpful. My elderly mother had a new phone she needed to get a sim card for and he went out of his way to listen, was patient and addressed her directly which she appreciated, and even though nobody was sure of the server he tried his best to fix he problem, and came up with the best solution. They were busy and helpful to all the customers.

Excellent dim sum. Limited menu though.
The pan fried chow fun noodles were excellent. We had them put some XO (chinese) sauce and kick up the spice and they came out this delicious mix of yum!
While the rest of what we had was fine, none of it really stood out. We did come back twice to buy some noodles to go and picnic'd in the park with them.

I love Mike. I have had him as my barber for 19 years now. My dad, who is another loyal patron of his, brought me along during one of his trims, and my very first. You can see it in the book for kids cuts. Even though I am off in University now, I always make sure to go down to Main st. To see him and freshen up my cut. Recently he has erected a barbers chair just for me, with my name on it; right beside his own. Mike, you are awesome.

I came to Micron after a few bad experiences at other clinics and was instantly struck by their authentic, informal and friendly approach. I suffer from trichotillomania. Rafay was extremely empathetic and helped allay my many fears. They were reassuring and really experienced. I felt like the guys truly cared about me, and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and gave me the best experience. We had our young child in for jaw x rays and she was very nervous and upset and the tech was being very patient, but out of nowhere Dr Melo appeared (we did not have an appointment with him) and was so lovely with our kiddo, engaging her in conversation and set up the machine with a fake skull to show her how it worked. He was able to assuage her fears and the tech was able to get some good images. I was really struck at how patient and thoughtful he was. Will definitely go back if needed.
