It's been over an hour and I'm still waiting for Customer Service to pick up my call in attempts to cancel this service yet again. They are great for answering your call when you want to sign up, but fail miserably at the Customer Service end when trying to end your relationship with them. We provide service and support 24 hours per day, seven days per week . Weekend and Emergency response is available. If you do not need full time IT staff, our Microsoft-certified technicians can act as IT staff for you!
