Excellent knowledge and customer service. Just can’t say enough good about my Weber Summit purchase experience and the immediate response to hidden damage when the carton was opened at home. The damaged machine was replaced with a fully assembled and tested unit at my home within a few hours. Great staff, very helpful. More than fair in their buyback policies. They will only keep a certain number of any given title on hand so you may be refused a buyback on some items even if they are in good condition. Smaller selection but well worth the visit.
