Since 2001, we’ve been proud to support the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) by building and designing the grand prize — the Minto Dream Home. We pride ourselves on our commitment to community, while constantly striving to build strong, healthy communities for the people who live in them. Usable, public green spaces, convenient proximity to schools and amenities, and initiatives such as the Minto Recreation Complex are just a few things that we’ve done to build communities for people first. For us, our partnership with the CHEO Foundation is just a logical extension of that commitment. Every year is an opportunity for us to push the boundaries on innovative home building and design, and create something truly inspirational — and this year is no different. In the culmination of significant research and development, for the first time ever, this year’s Minto Dream Home is a Net Zero Energy home.
