I needed to take my elderly mother to a last minute medical appt. We needed wheelchair access and I was really nervous about the whole thing. However, all details were explained to me very professionally and the driver was prompt and so polite. My mother was actually singing and laughing in the back of the van. Thank you so much for making this so stress free. We will call you in Feb for her next appt.
