This hot hour-long, full body workout takes its inspiration from Capoeira – a form of Brazilian martial arts, and blends in dance moves from genres like hip hop, Latin, house, salsa, and soca. Each session mixes the best and most addicting music and moves with this style of martial arts for one heart-pounding routine.

It is a unique Christian worship dance, drama and creative arts ministry, led by founder and director, Charmaine Hinds. The participants and members represent many denominations, generations (adults, youths and children) and varying demographic backgrounds in the kingdom. Under Donita's direction, her school and her dancers have always had a strong undying love for the art of classical ballet.
