We needed to have a group of three windows and frames replaced. M.R. windows came to give an estimate, when they said they would, and installed the finished product, with the frames painted, when they said they would. After removing the old set, the new set was installed with perfection. As well, they removed and reinstalled the weather stripping on our other windows. Thanks for your excellent service Sometimes staff needs to hear that. It is easy to complain, and some people do it like there is a reward for it. Today I returned something to Abbotsford Depot that I purchased at Chilliwack Home Depot as it was faulty. I was given an instore credit, and did not have to waste gas driving back to Chilliwack store. So you can rest assured that Home Depot has your back as a consumer.
