Balanced Design Inc. was founded in 2017, providing design and drafting services to the construction industry in Simcoe County and Muskoka, primarily directed at the architectural design and structural engineering sectors for residential and small buildings. With a combined 25 years of experience in the design and construction industry, our focus is to provide excellent 1-on-1 customer service while utilizing the latest design software in the industry to provide creative and buildable designs, with high quality accurate drawing packages.

Ouellet & Associates Design Inc is a full service Architectural Design firm. Our products include residential and commercial building design as well as residential and commercial HVAC design. We also provide structural design where it falls outside of the Part 9 tables. As a full service company we aim to provide a full package where requested. We are a one-stop shop where our clients can come in with a sketch and walk away with a permit in hand. We liaison with surveyors, engineers and other designers to meet the needs of our clients. Not only do we help with permit applications, but we also help with minor variances, and other zoning applications.
