I have had the pleasure of dealing with this business for approx 5 years now. The owner/operator has been professional and personable. He has explained in detail what he is planning to do to fix the problem and what i can expect after. As well, he allows you to observe the actual work he does and explains his reasoning and actions if and when i have questions. Drove out to Trades today to have a check-up and oil change. My mechanic, Terry, is the best! He checked everything over carefully and did more than he needed to service my Jeep. Reasonable prices too! I won't trust my Jeep to anyone else going forward. Well worth the nice drive for the friendly and competent service! Highly recommended.
