I have always found the staff here very friendly. Today I was helped by Barb, who is a superstar. She showed true empathy by walking me through what my options were with a friendly attitude. In a time when we cant rely on Canada Post, having staff like her at other shipping companies exposes their value to a critical point. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received from OK Tire in Burlington. The tires are phenomenal, they were able to order my run-flats within one day and accommodate my appointment request, and charged a third of what I was quoted at my car dealership. This included balancing and they even deducted the money I paid the day prior to have my summer tires installed, which they indicated (as did the dealership)needed to be replaced. I have had an excellent experience.
