I have had on numerous occasions needed a bit of "extra" help and I must say that the customer service I have experienced at Justin and Stacey's No Frills is nothing short of amazing. I have had the pleasure of dealing with a number of staff--some I can name--Dawn, Melissa and Donna--who have always seemed to go the extra mile in providing wonderful customer service. A review comprises of the overall shopping and customer service experience. I must applaud the team working at NO Frills (Harvard Road, Guelph) on Tuesday evening 29 December 2020 for assisting me in restarting my car in the bitter cold of -10 C. My car battery refused to work and I asked for help from the customer service. In no time a team of young employees got together and helped to resolve the difficult situation ensuring my safe return home. Thankyou one and all you were all amazing.
