I took my non-functioning phone in today after spending hours trying to restore it myself. A very helpful gal worked on it while I enjoyed a coffee at Starbucks. When I went to pick up the phone, (which has worked perfectly since), she charged me nothing. So appreciative of the excellent customer service. I sent a message but I wanted to do a review
I was on my way from Nanaimo to Kelowna for a family emergency. Between Merritt & Kelowna I had a flat tire & no spare. I phoned Deloro. The girl that answered the phone was extremely patient and helpful figuring out where I was. She said Bill would be with me in 45mins It was actually 46 mins cause he had to go a ways to turn around.
