I recently bought a Thomasfield home in Grand Valley. The house was about 3 years old and I was unaware of the previous history of the home and repairs made by the original owner. Soon after moving in, I noticed a few puddles in the basement. Thomasfield responded very quickly, took the time to find all the leaks, reconstructed the back side of my house, and repaired all damage within the house.
