Rich was a huge help in dealing with my daughters VW after the alternator gave out on her drive from Vancouver. Always worried about mechanics you dont know and who potentially have you at a disadvantage, but Rich was understanding and most helpful and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price.... I highly recommend this company. The service was so fast and efficient. The owner is very knowledgeable and kind. Our furnace broke during a cold snap and Alex came out the day we called. I phoned three local sign shops, Jafa was the first to respond. Even though their price was slightly higher I know I made the right choice. Great service and was really surprised how professional the designs looked and were presented. Easy to talk to as well.
The second sign shop went off about their business issues and the third didn't respond.
