I was diagnosed with sleep apnea in 2013 and had to get 3 quotes for my insurance company for a CPAP machine. Horizon Aire is the company I went with based on their prompt service and knowledgeable support staff.
Then, last month my CPAP machine stopped working correctly and was past its 3 year warranty. Horizon Aire contacted the manufacturer to push for a new replacement machine which I received the next day. These folks really do know what excellent customer service is all about!

Amazing!!! Specifically the worker I believe her name is Christine? The receipt says cashier #3903743 and she had a black braid in her hair. She was phenomenal!!! Walked in and she gave the warmest greeting, then later noticed me struggling trying to hold and sniff so many candles at once and ran up and held a bag open for me so I could drop them all in there!!! She ALSO checked me out and was so so sweet!!!! This girl definitely needs some recognition for her customer service!!!!!!
