I had a house I wanted. The selling realtor was difficult and disrespectful. I almost felt bad asking Louise to deal with this person. She was really good to me and I wish I could post the name of the bad realtor but it is best to focus on the positive. Louise helped me when I was not able to effectively represent myself in a difficult deal. I offered to pay her extra but she did not accept. She is a nice person as well.

My husband has been seeing Dr Nesbitt for the last few years. I think we only had to rebook one apt and that was when Dr Nesbitt went on holidays. His office is a very busy place but he manages to see everyone in a timely manner . He is a man of few words and takes lot of notes. He also takes Pictures so he can see the progress. Our overview is that he is a great doctor, He is friendly, kind and knows his stuff.....His staff is pretty awesome too !

Myself, my husband and our 3 kids went to a competitors bank branch in Airdrie with money in hand to open up savings accounts for each of my kids. Unfortunately, we were told that without an appointment, they couldn't help us out or open new account for us. We left, disappointed, and decided to drop by the Royal Bank branch on main street in Airdrie to see if they could fit us in. While they were extremely busy with many customers in line, a wonderful account manager came and helped us, fit us in right away, and spent an hour with us opening accounts for my kids.
