She has been involved in the treatment of many athletes involved in running, gymnastics, dance and contact sports. Colleen stays fit by running, skiing and gardening.
Michelle Shepherd is registered with the College of Dietitians of BC. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Food Nutrition and Health at the University of British Columbia, followed by an accredited internship with Vancouver Coastal Health.
