Opened in 2002, we've come a long way from just a simple gym. Our weight room, cardio and high intensity training areas have expanded, with even more essential pieces of equipment from some of the best brands in the industry. Our studio space is available to all members. The class schedule hosts a variety of group fitness classes for every level of fitness. From Boot Camps and Spin classes to Yoga, Pilates and Puppy Yoga; the structure of an instructor-led group fitness class always equals an exceptional workout in a great community.
A gym with childcare can be invaluable to parents. We’ve made our childcare available mornings, evenings and weekends to fit your schedule. With the addition of personal trainers who offer free consultations and know how to build you the appropriate workout program, you'll have all the tools you need to reach your health and fitness goals.

All metals must be stripped completely before being taken to the transfer station. TRANSFER STATION ACCEPTANCE OF RUBBLEDue to increasing environmental regulations, the practice of burying rubble at the Transfer Station has been immediately discontinued. Asphalt and cement will each have their own separate stockpile and the material will eventually be crushed and reused as road material. Since no more material will be buried on site, the province has designated this facility as a 'transfer station' only.
Discipleship is an intentional and ongoing journey. Being a disciple of Jesus means to faithfully follow and walk with Him through all of life. It means sharing in the abundant and eternal life that He offers to us all. Through thick and thin, for better or for worse; Disciples of Christ are committed to the journey and in it for the long haul. This translates into every aspect of life. Our students are trained and equipped to live with Christ at the center of their lives.
We want to see young adults THRIVE in their journey, rather than simply just survive it.
THRIVE is about encouraging students to walk the journey well. We want to invest in young people as they take intentional time to invest in their faith, in their communities and ultimately the Kingdom of God.
31 JanThis website is intended to encourage discussion about recent developments in construction law in Canada. The commentary in this website will relate to legislation and case law. Each item for discussion will be set out individually. The item will have a short description of the subject matter. Then, a lengthier discussion of the item will follow. The discussion is solely a matter of my personal view and opinion and does not constitute legal advice. The discussion will generally follow the subjects addressed in my book Heintzman & Goldsmith on Canadian Building Contracts (4th ed. Carswell). Reference to that text will be made from time to time as 'CBC', that is Canadian Building Contracts. However, a broader range of subjects will be addressed in this site than those addressed in CBC.I welcome any views about the commentary in this website and hope that a dialogue will develop about the distinctive aspects of construction law in Canada.
