I called for info on a hot tub cover and was greeted with excellent customer service. Even though their product was not what I needed (we have a lower end used hot tub) Mike was so helpful in helping me know what to look for when purchasing a cover. Honest, helpful and overall just a great demeanor. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a cover for a higher end tub!Get ready for some great service with enthusiastic employees who definitely know their stuff!

I never got a chance to use them because of timing, so we were forced to cancel (I was so embarrassed). But they were very *very* kind about it and these days, when kindness is in short supply, I found that very welcoming. The drs and nurses could not have been better. Friend had an angiogram and angioplasty that went well. There was a complication later but everyone, everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful, explained what they were doing and why. You get what you give, trying being nice to them and you will find them all spectacular.
