I had an appointment for a hair cut on the 6 of Oct 2017. at 7:00 pm. When I reached there from Aberdeen at 7:00 the girl at the reception enquired with the hairstylist for the time and she refused as she said she can’t cut my hair due to shortage of time. So had to drive back. She could havecalled and let me know abt the delay ther I could have saved my gas nd time. The girl at was rude as she was convincing me I was wrong and she was right. Unbelievable to know the customer is wrong.
